Fun At Cache Creek Resort Casino
Posted in: Uncategorized
AHHHHHH,,,,,,,,,,,,,It hurts, but feels soooooo good. I was in the middle of a deep tissue massage in the spa of the Cache Creek Resort Casino. Jennifer-my masseuse, had the strong hands necessary to deliver a really good massage. In the next room, Joy was having a Swedish massage being performed by Tiffany. We both left the rooms feeling like a bowl of jello. From there it was into the jacuzzi room for the spa, steam, and shower. But that was only one of the highlights.
If you call ahead, checking into Cache Creek is a breeze. Reservation manager Andy Orzalli always takes care to make sure everything goes smoothly. Leslie Smith and Amanda Corrales at the front desk put on the finishing touches with a smile. And if you have any questions, Guest Relations manager Teresa Orzalli is more than happy to accomodate. Wow, these guys are spoiling me.
Rooms at Cache Creek are first rate. We prefer the fifth floor, because that’s where the pool and spa are located.
After a day at the pool and spa, we were ready for dinner. Some of the best meals I have ever had, have been at the Cache Creek steak house. It’s a little pricey, but worth it. The Filet was as good as you’ll find anywhere, Joy and I both tried the seafood this trip. My seabass, and her swordfish was perfect. Manager Christian Tripodi is a pro, and a master of detail, and wait-persons Jill and Thomas are our favorites.
If you are a "regular" to Cache Creek, you should have a "host." Your host will do what he or she can to make your gambling experience fun, and may be able to help in obtaining tickets to shows. My host is Penny Leonzon, and she is teffrific.
How about the gaming experience? I prefer playing blackjack on weeknights. The crowds are much smaller. Pit boss Mac McCarthy is always accomodating, and a master at his craft. My favorite dealer is Sue. She has the pleasing personality that makes losing almost tolerable. I said "almost." LOL
Yes, I did lose a little, but they got lucky. We’ll get ‘em next time.
A final tip. Take advantage of the valet parking.
The cost of getting to this "staycation" vacation? About forty dollars for gas.
